In a strongly worded message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian Ambassador to the UN Sergiy Kyslytsya implied that Putin should commit suicide.
Referencing Putin's orders to put nuclear weapons on "high alert," Kyslytsya took particular offence.
"If he wants to kill himself, he doesn't need to use nuclear arsenal," Mr. Kyslytsya said. "He has to do what the guy in Berlin did in a bunker in May 1945."

In previous statements, Mr. Kyslytsya has not held back on Putin either. Last week he stated to the Russian Ambassador to the UN that there is "no pergatory" for war criminals.
"They go straight to hell," Mr. Kyslytsya concluded.
“If [Putin] wants to kill himself, he doesn’t need to use nuclear arsenal. He has to do what the guy in Berlin did in a bunker in May 1945.”
