Majority of GOP Voters Say Trump Better President than Lincoln

A majority of Republican voters believe that Donald Trump is a better President than Abraham Lincoln.

53% of Republicans claimed that Mr. Trump was the better Commander-in-Chief.  47% sided with Lincoln.

Lincoln, who led the United States through the Civil War, preserved the Union, and helped end slavery, was bested by Mr. Trump, who posted a photoshopped picture of his own head on Sylvester Stallone’s body this week.

The poll was taken by YouGov and was based on the responses of 1,500 registered voters.
