67% of People Following Impeachment Hearings “Very Closely” Believe Trump Should be Removed from Office
A staggering 67% of people who are following the impeachment proceedings of the president “very closely” believe that he should be impeached and removed from office.
According to the same ABC poll, published today, 70% of voters believe that the president should not of asked a foreign nation to interfere in the 2020 elections.
As a whole, majority of Americans believe the president should be removed and impeached; that number stands at 51%.
Further, 58% of voters say that they are paying attention to the impeachment hearings either very closely or somewhat closely.
The poll shows that, of those who do not know the facts of the inquiry, or have not been paying attention to the impeachment proceedings, they are the only sub group of voters who do not support impeachment and removal.
