Tim Ryan Drops Out of 2020 Race
Democrat Representative for Ohio's 13th District Tim Ryan has dropped out of the 2020 Presidential race. Mr. Ryan announced his decision today on Twitter with a video.
"I’m announcing today that I am withdrawing from the Presidential campaign," he wrote at 12:30pm. "I got into this race in April to really give voice to the forgotten people of our country. I look forward to continuing that fight."
With Mr. Ryan's withdrawal from the race, there are still over a dozen Democrats vying for the nomination in 2020.
"Thank you, to everyone who supported this campaign," Mr. Ryan concluded in his tweet today.
