Pentagon Analysis: Trump’s Withholding of Ukraine Funds Illegal

In an analysis carried out by the Pentagon in July, it was determined that President Trump was breaking the law by withholding funds allocated by Congress for Ukraine.

This analysis was carried out before it was known that Donald Trump was personally stopping the funds from getting to Ukraine. His personal involvement, according to sources, might have made the withholding of the funds legal.

However, if he was doing that to force Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, it would make the withholding of the funds illegal.
