Giuliani Under Criminal Investigation by SDNY

President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani is under criminal investigation for his dealings with two now-indicted clients of his.

Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, two clients of Mr. Giuliani, were arrested yesterday on conspiracy and campaign finance charges. They were indicted and are alleged to have funneled money from Russia to a pro-Trump Super PAC in the United States.

The Southern District of New York is now looking at Giuliani too, investigating whether one of President Trump's closest advisers knowingly helped Fruman and Parnas commit crimes.

President Trump on Thursday stated he did not know Fruman or Parnas, despite Donald Trump Jr. appearing in pictures with them and the President himself being in a picture with one of them.
