Barr Releases Personal Summary of Mueller Report

Attorney General William Barr released his personal summary of the Mueller Report today.

You can read excerpts below:
“[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”...

The Special Counsel found that Russian government actors successfully hacked into computers and obtained emails from persons affiliated with the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party organizations, and publicly disseminated those materials through various intermediaries, including WikiLeaks...

The Special Counsel states that “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”
It should be noted, the Mueller report itself is sparsely quoted and, when it was, often complete sentences were not included, and instead it is clear AG Barr picked up mid-sentence in some of his references.
If the Mueller Report is ever actually released, it is likely these odd choices will prove to be negative for the President, with Mr. Barr likely removing damaging parts of sentences to make Mr. Mueller's conclusions seem more exculpatory.
